EXTREME manufactures the only modular structures purpose built and intended for occupancies that include apparatus bays and first responder facilities. The structures are all steel, non-combustible and assembled in third party monitored facilities. We guarantee they will meet all local, state and national building, fire and energy codes. Certified for seismic zones and hurricane wind zones. The estimated lifespan is fifty years.

The structure of the original EXTREME Modular unit was fabricated in much the same way as current modules are built.
